Make money from your own videos and photos

Are you looking for ways to make money from your own photos and videos? Look no further.Your search for the same ends here. Why i'm so confidently saying this is because i was also looking for such opportunitity some months back. But after i came to know about Adbrite's InVideo and BritePic innovative campaign, i immediately signup for the same and today i'm making excellent money with my own photos and videos. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone owning a video or photo website or blog.

How this works?

Adbrite's InVideo is a video ad campaign i.e for each video of yours Adbrite will embed a CPC text ad code which will be shown everytime your video is played. Whenever someone clicks on this ad, you will be paid for the same. The amount you get paid for each click depends on the advertiser bid.

BritePic also works similar to InVideo. The only difference is that it employs images instead of videos. Also you don't need to embed code to each of your photo. Adbrite will provide a template code which have to be placed on your website. Now when someone hovers over the image or photo with a cursor a text ad will roll over. You are paid when someone clicks on the ad.

What is more stupendous about this program is that you can host your videos and photos on any other site other than your own. Your unique code will still be embedded in the photos and videos and you'll be paid when someone clicks on them even when they are hosted on other sites.

If this is the opportunitity that you were looking for then go ahead and signup with Adbrite to start rightaway now and make money out of those cool vids and pics stuffs of yours.

Where’s the Money in Blogging?

The money’s not in your archives.

The money’s not in your Technorati rank.

The money’s not in your Google juice.

The money’s not in being on the A-List.

The money’s not in AdSense (unless you started 2+ years ago).

There is money in page views, but you’ll need a whole, whole bunch of them (which means you’ll need a whole, whole bunch of return visits).

Since the old days of mail order sales, magazine subscriptions, and all the way up to permission email marketing, there’s a saying that remains true, even for bloggers.

The money’s in the list.

But blogging actually provides so much more than a simple subscriber list of people to market to. Blogging allows for interactive relationships that force you to be your best, all while allowing your message to spread virally.

So, when it comes to blogging…

The money’s in your fan club.

Sound like the start of a new tutorial, right?

And this one is soooo money. :)

Tips and Tricks of making money through your blog

There is really no fast and quick rule when it comes to generating good and continous income from your blog. However you can improve and maximise your earning to a great extent and that too at the quickest possible time and with minimum inputs if you just follow the simple tips which i'm suggesting below.

Tip 1:
Participate in as many paying programs as possible. There are so many programs for you to apply that just by signing up in them you'll have decent amount already credited in your account. I recently joined Shopping Ads and WidgetBucks and they have already got me $25 each as signup bonus. That comes to $50. Now that's a really good way to start when you are looking for easy money making through your blog. There is another program called ProductReview affiliate program which i applied last month using my another blog which i'm using it for promoting affiliate products. Thankfully, they have given me $10 for just joining their program as an affiliate. So the total now comes to $60. There are many more such programs that pay simply for signing up with them. But as of now i haven't applied to those programs, when i do i'll let you know whether they really pay or not. For that matter you can check those programs for yourself.

Tip 2:
Create as many blogs as possible and with some good contents so that others find atleast something related to the heading of your blog. Now if you already have Adsense account start putting the codes to all of these blogs. You don't need to have separate account for each blog to do this. The same account can be applied to all of your blogs or sites.

Tip 3:
Create Adsense account in your Father's , Mother's, Brother's, Sister's or anyone's name with different address, phone numbers, IP( Internet protocol) numbers and Bank Accounts if possible. But keep in mind that all these different addresses, phone numbers and bank accounts should finally connect to you only. These way you can have multiple adsense accounts and thereby enjoy multiple streams of adsense income.

Tip 4:
Join other adsense alternative programs and follow Tip 2 and Tip 3.

Tip 5:
Finally join all the popular social networking sites like Myspace, Facebook, Hi5, Orkut, Badoo, Bebo, Classmates.com, Friendster, Habbo, Tagged.com, Netlog, Passado, Capazoo, Imeem, MyBloglog, BlogCatalog, Twitter, Vox, Xanga and all those sites where you get to make friends. Make as many friends as possible in each site both young and old and of all sexes. After that spread the news about your blog and blogs. Request them to visit your blogs. Do that regularly and you'll see the magical rise in your earnings.

These are some of the ways and means by which you can easily and effectively generate huge revenues from your blog(s).

( Note: I am not encouraging anyone to implement the above tips and tricks in any manner whatsoever. Anyone who implements these ideas based on this article will be doing at his or her own risk).

What scare your readers

After i’ve posted tips on how to improve your website, now it’s the time to find out what should you be careful at. There definitely are some things that can ruin your work and make your readers leave.

Look and design

Take care what design or theme do you use, because it may scare the readers or it may be a hard job for them to find out what are they interested in. Don’t place too many animated gifs, weird images and unpleasant font.

Also, don’t fulfill your website with ads, but try to blend them and place fewer, not to disturb the visitors.

Content

I will not talk about the quality of the content, because that definitely has to be high, but the formatting.

Don’t post blocks of text, 3 pages long, because the readers will get bored. Don’t post when you remember, meaning you post 3 posts today and 2 after three weeks, but try to post them regularly. Also, don’t post too many posts, because the readers will get bored. You should find out how many is too many in your niche.

Put yourself in your readers shoes

This is the most useful tip, because there may be other issues that can scare the visitor i might have missed and you have to check your website to find them. In essence, try not to use malicious scripts, pop-ups, expandable flash ads, floaters or anything that might disturb your visitor from it’s try to read the content.

Making your blog or website successful

A few years ago, where there were much less blogs than now, a website made fast, with some copied content from here and there or with a writer that was showing no interest could bring you lots of money. Now, you need to do a lot of things to make your website successful. I will not rewrite the tips you can already find on my blog, but things behind scenes, that makes a blog a bit different than other, tips more related to copywriting and to you, the blogger or webmaster.

Your reader is your client

You have to treat your readers well and fulfill their requests. Well, you don’t have to jump off a building if he asks you too, but neither you should answer with “that’s none of your business” if he asks you how did you start your blog, made it successful or other things he may be interested in. You don’t have to tell them your biggest secret, but to act well.

Keep in mind that your reader is your client, because he may click an ad, he counts on CPM ( cost per mile ) banners, he may buy an affiliate product and if he doesn’t do it this time, he may do it next time, if you convince him to return.

Blog first for pleasure, then money

You have to enjoy what you are doing, not to say “damn, i have to post on my blog again”, because your readers will read that into your posts, there’s a difference between blogging by pleasure or obligation. For example, I have some satisfactions when i see comments, more feed readers, more traffic and then I look at the money. Don’t get me wrong, money are important too, but you have to enjoy your job and make your readers enjoy what they are reading too.

So choose a niche you like and start writing about it, don’t just start writing about pills because they monetize better.

At any time, success is far away

You will probably reach a specified amount of traffic, reader or income where you say your website is earning you enough and it’s enough for you so you won’t work any more to improve it. That’s definitely wrong, because an unmanaged, not updated website or blog is dieing and it will be very hard to resuscitate it. It is better to keep working or hire someone to manage it, with you being a web CEO, so you don’t have this problem.

I’m waiting for your feedback on this.

Make The Most Of Adsense

If webmasters want to monetize their websites, the great way to do it is through Adsense. There are lots of webmasters struggling hard to earn some good money a day through their sites. But then some of the geniuses of them are enjoying hundreds of dollars a day from Adsense ads on their websites. What makes these webmasters different from the other kind is that they are different and they think out of the box.

The ones who have been there and done it have quite some useful tips to help those who would want to venture into this field. Some of these tips have boosted quite a lot of earnings in the past and is continuously doing so.

Here are some 5 proven ways on how best to improve your Adsense earnings.

1. Concentrating on one format of Adsense ad. The one format that worked well for the majority is the Large Rectangle (336X280). This same format have the tendency to result in higher CTR, or the click-through rates. Why choose this format out of the many you can use? Basically because the ads will look like normal web links, and people, being used to clicking on them, click these types of links. They may or may not know they are clicking on your Adsense but as long as there are clicks, then it will all be for your advantage.

2. Create a custom palette for your ads. Choose a color that will go well with the background of your site. If your site has a white background, try to use white as the color of your ad border and background. The idea to patterning the colors is to make the Adsense look like it is part of the web pages. Again, This will result to more clicks from people visiting your site.

3. Remove the Adsense from the bottom pages of your site and put them at the top. Do not try to hide your Adsense. Put them in the place where people can see them quickly. You will be amazed how the difference between Adsense locations can make when you see your earnings.

4. Maintain links to relevant websites. If you think some sites are better off than the others, put your ads there and try to maintaining and managing them. If there is already lots of Adsense put into that certain site, put yours on top of all of them. That way visitor will see your ads first upon browsing into that site.

5. Try to automate the insertion of your Adsense code into the webpages using SSI (or server side included). Ask your web administrator if your server supports SSI or not. How do you do it? Just save your Adsense code in a text file, save it as adsense text, and upload it to the root directory of the web server. Then using SSI, call the code on other pages. This tip is a time saver especially for those who are using automatic page generators to generate pages on their website.

These are some of the tips that have worked well for some who want to generate hundreds and even thousands on their websites. It is important to know though that ads are displayed because it fits the interest of the people viewing them. So focusing on a specific topic should be your primary purpose because the displays will be especially targeted on a topic that persons will be viewing already.

Note also that there are many other Adsense sharing the same topic as you. It is best to think of making a good ad that will be somewhat different and unique than the ones already done. Every clickthrough that visitors make is a point for you so make every click count by making your Adsense something that people will definitely click on.

Tips given by those who have boosted their earnings are just guidelines they want to share with others. If they have somehow worked wonders to some, maybe it can work wonders for you too. Try them out into your ads and see the result it will bring.

If others have done it, there is nothing wrong trying it out for yourself.

Blogs And Blogging: Merits And Demerits

Isn’t it interesting that some of the most significant ‘revolutions’ of the last twenty years have all had to do with writing? How retro is that? First we had email, then webpages, then mobile phone texting, and now blogs. All this reflects a trend whereby the world is becoming more formal in how it communicates. Instead of body language and endless conversations, communication has shifted towards endless words on a screen.

Bloggers are people with attitude. They say there’s a book inside everybody. Well, the Web and blogs have let the book out! There has literally been an explosion of opinion. Traditionally, public relations was about honing a silvery message that communicated exactly what the organization wanted us to hear. Now, we can hear all sorts of voices on the subject. It’s true democracy at work.

The merits of blogs from an organizational perspective include the following:

  1. The consumer and citizen are potentially better informed and this can only be good for the long-term health of our societies and economies.
  2. Blogs have potential to help the organization develop stronger relationships and brand loyalty with its customers, as they interact with the ‘human face’ of the organization through blogs.
  3. Blogs, in an intranet environment, can be an excellent way of sharing knowledge within the organization.
  4. Blogs can be a positive way of getting feedback, and keeping your finger on the pulse, as readers react to certain pieces, suggest story ideas, etc.
  5. Blogs can build the profile of the writer, showcasing the organization as having talent and expertise.

The demerits of blogs are:

  1. Most people don’t have very much to say that’s interesting, and/or are unable to write down their ideas in a compelling and clear manner.
  2. I have often found that the people who have most time to write have least to say, and the people who have most to say don’t have enough time to write it. Thus, the real expertise within the organization lays hidden, as you get drowned in trivia.
  3. Like practically everything else on the Web, blogs are easy to start and hard to maintain. Writing coherently is one of the most difficult and time-consuming tasks for a human being to undertake. So, far from blogs being a cheap strategy, they are a very expensive one, in that they eat up time. As a result, many blogs are not updated, thus damaging rather than enhancing the reputation of the organization.
  4. Organizations are not democracies. The Web makes many organizations look like disorganizations, with multiple tones and opinions. Contrary to what some might think, the average customer prefers it if the organization they are about to purchase from is at least somewhat coherent.

As an individual, I would highly recommend that you have some sort of publishing strategy, whether it be a blog, newsletter, writing articles for magazines, website or whatever. This is an age where you will build your professional reputation word by word. Start off by finding something people care about and that you care about.

Blogging Opportunities

Recently i came across what was something most bloggers would consider the golden opportunity of their blogging lives. It was nothing new sort of a thing but something that would make any blogger jump with excitement. It was the discovery of new openings in the blogging space. What came to my mind on the discovery of these opportunities was that blogging is now no longer behind any other profession. There is huge demand for bloggers in all fields. The demand for bloggers has spread to areas that once never had the chance and options for writing and blogging activities. Right from advertising and product promotion activities to even in the field of research and development there is serious demand for experienced bloggers to help spread what is going on in these areas. Some bloggers are even recruited by big companies and organisations on a regular basis with offer of huge compensation packages. There is no surprise that these companies and organisations pay bloggers even better than their core employees! Also educational establishments regularly hire bloggers for promoting their online education programs. Since bloggers have good knowledge of the intricacies of online functionality they can implement and operationalise these programs very effectively. Hence another niche where bloggers can take good advantage of their skills.

In the recent times there has been huge growth of networks to tap this ballooning blogging resource. These networks are giving bloggers the platforms to hone their skills and even the opportunity to earn money in the process. Networks like Advertlets , PayU2blog , Blogitive , BlogtoProfit , Blogvertise , PayPerPost , Smorty , ReviewMe , Bloggerwave , Money4Blogs and LoudLaunch are giving bloggers the opportunities to earn money through their blogging skills. The basic requirement to join these networks is that you should have a blog of your own with good contents and should be of atleast 30 days old. Some networks require your blog to be 60 or 90 days old. These blogging networks provide you paying assignments for you to complete and post in your blog. For each accepted assignment you'll be paid certain amount. The amount depends on the type of assignment you get and the quality of your work i.e your writing. If you've excellent writing skills and knowledge about the work you are given then, there is no limit for your earning potential. Infact sky is the limit for you.

The Blogging revolution has just started, it's all upto you bloggers how you make use and benefit from these new opportunities. My advice is that you play your game well and with seriousness. If you follow this rule well then i assure you friends, there will be no one to stop you from reaching that pinnacle of success.

Good luck.

How To Earn Money By Blogging

One of the most queried upon questions by most newbie bloggers is 'How to make money bloggging?' It is not surprising that more and more people are taking up blogging as not just a way to fulfill as one's hobby but to really make some extra money in the process. Over the years the number of blogs have grown at an exponential rate and the number is only growing bigger and bigger. While many are in to blogging just to share their thoughts and other informations to the world, very few bloggers are into actual blogging business for money purpose. These few bloggers are decently making lots of money daily with their blogs. The reason why so many bloggers are not making the fortune out of their blogs is just that they are not aware of the opportunities that exist or either because they don't know the ways of monetizing their blogs. While the clever and experienced bloggers are cashing $$$ afters $$$ each day.

In this post i'll let you to the secrets of making the most out of your blogs and how to make this simple blog of yours a daily money generating machine. If you follow my rules accordingly it is guaranteed that in the next few weeks or months you'll be earning thousands of dollars with your blog. My rule is simple and very easy to follow. Infact even a newcomer will be able to apply these rules and techniques and get excellent results (monetizing blog).

Rule1:
Create a blog if you don't have one. You can get a blog for yourself from blog hosting sites
like Blogger, Typepad, Zanga or Wordpress.
Rule2:
Think upon the topic of your blog i.e what will be the content of your blog? One of the most important aspects in the process of blog building is the appropriate and right selection of the title for your blog. People's first impression of any blog is its title. The title speaks of the content/subject of your blog. If your blog title is not properly selected or that if it doesn't represent the subject of your blog, people will just navigate away from your blog.
Rule3:
After creating your blog and getting a proper title for it, the next step, the most important step, that you need to seriously work on is the content for your blog. You should publish only quality and original subject matter in your blog. Here quality refers to useful and well articulated articles and posts. Your content should be original that is, it should be the result of your own work. Duplicating the articles and subject matter from other sources will not bring any benefit rather it'll invoke a bad image for you and your blog. So make sure that you post only good and original contents in your blog.
Rule4:
Now the next step is how to monetize your blog i.e how to make money from blogging. This opportunity of making money from blog is why many are taking up to blogging and doing exceedingly well. There are many ways to make money from your blog. You can employ these ways in your own way to make your blog a money house.
Rule5:
Now you'll ask what are these ways of making money through blogs and how to implement these in your blog. Friends, to begin your journey of blogging business for money i'll teach you how to go about it in a step by step way so as to make sure that you are really successful in making money through your blog. Follow the following simple steps and you are on your way to making easy money through your blog.
1. Participate in Google Adsense program. Adsense is a Pay Per Click program i.e for each click you receive from your blog readers Google pays you some amount normally $2 or $3 for each click! You can imagine how much you can earn through this program. Now how does this program work? When you register for the program and if you are accepted you'll be given a piece of HTML code that you'll have to paste in your blog page. After pasting the code in your blog a small block will appear below which will be written 'Ads by Google'. Now when somebody clicks on the content of this block, you earn certain amount. But never take advantage of this opportunity. Never click the ads yourself or ask somebody to click it. If you do so Google will instantly terminate your account and will be banned for life from further participation in the program. So be careful and make the best use of the program without violating their rules.
2. Join some Affiliate programs. Affiliate program is nothing but promoting somebody's products or services. There are hundreds of merchants who are eagerly searching for people like you especially bloggers who could promote their products through their blogs. Merchants pay handsome commissions to bloggers for effectively promoting their products and services. When somebody sees interesting products being advertised in your blog and buys them you will earn commissions for it. Suppose the price of the product being purchased is $100, then because that you have helped in selling that product the merchant of that product pays you about $30 or somtimes even more! In this program the more products you promote the higher is the return.
To start with, you can join popular affiliate networks like Commission Junction, Linkshare, Clickbank and ClixGalore. All these networks have thousands of registered merchants looking for affiliate bloggers.
3. Join programs like Pay Per Post, Blogvertise or Review Me. In this program what you do is write reviews of products or services and published them in your blog as sponsored posts. For each accepted review and post you'll be paid. Normally they pay about $10 or more for each accepted post. Sometimes they pay even at the range of $70-$100 for each review! The payment solely depends on the type of products you write about and the quality of your writings. If you are good in writing and have good knowledge about the products then there is no limit in your earning potential. Infact sky is the only limit for you!

These are some of the ways by which you can make money through your blog. Your success in these programs depend on you yourself. So make best use of these opportunities and work hard and with dedication. If you do well and take the right steps then there is no one to stop you from gaining that financial freedom.

Good luck and all the best!

( Do drop in your comments and ideas of how you feel about this article, i'll be glad to hear from you all :-))

Affiliate Marketing Programs

What is Affiliate Marketing?

Many of you are aware of what an affiliate program is all about. It is a marketing program wherein affiliates promote the products of merchants through various ways. One of the common techniques adopted by most affiliates in implementing this program is using website or newsletter. Affiliates normally used websites to promote merchants' products. They write useful contents related to the products being promoted and published through their websites. This allows any visitor to the site to get detail informations about the products which in the long run leads to sale of the products. Similarly affiliates use newsletters which are distributed through free subscription. This form of campaign works very effectively as the affiliates can make product promotion news and informations easily available to the people right into their mail inbox. Email compaign also works along the same line as newsletter campaign. But whatever technique the affiliates use, their primary concern and job is to effectively promote products so that these products end up being sold.

Scopes Of Affiliate Marketing

For Marketers
Affiliate marketing has immense scope for people who want to promote or sell out their products.Through this marketing compaign, they can take their products to the widest audience across the globe. This way their products can be effectively and profitably commercialised at the quickest possible time and with least budget. The advantage for the marketers in adopting this form of marketing program is that they don't have to do much in promoting their products. What they have to do is just assigned the job to some affiliates who in turn will use all possible means to promote the products. But this requires that the affiliates are handsomely paid for the job.

The most positive outcome of this marketing compaign has been the instances of people who have been greatly benefited by it. Cost Per Click(CPC) Programs

What is Cost Per Click(CPC)?

Many organisations today adopt CPC campaign inorder to promote their products and commodities. Now what is CPC in the first place? CPC is nothing but Cost Per Click. This means to say that for each click there is corresponding cost attached to it. Now the question is how does this work? CPC works just as any other affiliate programs. What happens in this program is that whenever any user to a website clicks a particular banner or text being advertised in the website, the user is diverted or sent to another website i.e the website of the advertiser. This way the advertiser is able to drive traffic to its site and thereby able to make accessible to the user of all the products and services offered. This way a curious user is provided with different products and services available which in turn leads to sale. Now for driving the user to their website from the original website where the user was previously navigating the owner of this website is paid commissions for each click leading to the advertiser's website.

There are many CPC programs available today. Any website owner or anyone having a sort of publishing tool like Blog can make lots of money by simply participating in these programs.

Popular CPC programs making waves in the internet are listed below.

Google Adsense
This is the most popular and widely recognised cpc program in the net today. The program is runned by Google. There are tens of thousands of organisations and individuals actively participating in this program and making good amount of money. The good side about adsense is that Google allows everyone to participate in the program. But it has a very hard stand on fraud click activities. If anyone is caught doing fraud or artificial click activities then, his or her account is instantly terminated and drawn out from further participation in the program.
When it comes to payment, Google is very passionate and pay well and regularly on time.
So anyone looking for that extra money that can even go upto $100000 per month can find their solace in this adsense program.

Adbrite
Adbrite is a very popular cpc program. Those who haven't got the opportunity to participate in Google adsense can participate in Adbrite program as an alternative to it. Adbrite also pays well and on time.

Bidvertiser
My experience with Bidvertiser has been excellent and is going great today. When i first joined Bidvertiser i wasn't that optimistic about the outcome of the program but today i'm more than satisfied by its result. I'm earning good amount through this program. Try this yourself as an alternative to adsense. You won't regret.

Yahoo! Publisher Network
This is Yahoo!'s beta version of adsense. Presently only US based organisations and individuals are allowed to participate in the program. There is no information about the program expanding to other parts of the world. Yahoo pays exceedingly well. Average pay per click is about $1.5 and sometimes even higher. For the time being we can just wait and hope that it spreads its wing to other countries too.
